Summary: To assist customers and provide quality customer service by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Greets customers as they enter the store.
  • Answers multi-line telephone in a professional manner.
  • Transfers calls and writes messages as needed.
  • Assists customers with reservations and inquiries to include providing price and product information as requested.
  • Checks guests in and out in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Processes customer payments to include receiving payments, managing cash drawer, operating charge machines and returning appropriate change.
  • Ensures customer service is completed in a timely manner.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
