What Information do we collect?

The Montreal Beach Resort collects limited information from you when you register on our website, make a purchase, or join our newsletter. We may ask you to enter your name, email, address, phone numbers, or credit card. You may choose to access our website anonymously via a private web browser window. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the website. Google also tracks certain information. Google’s use of cookies enables it to serve ads to users based upon your Internet browsing history. You may opt out of this by using your Google account settings.

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.

We have complied with the California Privacy Rights Act. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses, of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect data on anyone under the age of 13. Our website and products are for people who are at least 13 years old.
