Beach Club Attendant
Reports To: Beach Club Manager
Department: Beach Club
Division: Guest Services
Summary: To assist customers and provide quality customer service by
performing the following duties. Please note that this position is seasonal.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist Beach Club Manager in opening and closing the beach club.
- Greets customers as they enter the beach club.
- Assist customers in the placement of beach chairs and umbrellas
- Assists customers with reservations and inquiries to include providing price
and product information as requested. - Processes customer payments to include receiving payments, managing cash
drawer, operating charge machines and returning appropriate change.
