Overnight Guest Services Agent

Hours: 11pm – 7am
Summary: To assist customers and provide quality customer service by performing the
following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greets customers as they enter the hotel lobby.
- Answers multi-line telephone in a professional manner.
- Transfers calls and writes messages as needed.
- Assists customers with reservations and inquiries to include providing price and product information as requested.
- Checks guests in and out in an accurate and timely manner.
- Processes customer payments to include receiving payments, managing cash drawer, operating charge machines and returning appropriate change.
- Ensures customer service is completed in a timely manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior customer service experience helpful.
