Minimum stay required where applicable. All prices based on 2 guests in a room. There is a fee of $15/per person per night for each additonal guest above that.

Deposits & Refunds
As with most Jersey Shore inns, a deposit of 50% is required to secure reservation. One-night stays will require a 100% deposit. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit, when time permits. If you cancel your reservation up until 14 days PRIOR to arrival, you will receive 50% of your deposit back with a 50% cancellation fee. Within 14 days deposit is non-refundable. Sorry, no exceptions. Deposits cannot be transferred. Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied.
Upon Arrival
Balance due in full upon check-in and is payable by either cash, travelers check or credit card. Personal checks accepted for deposit only, not for payment of final balance. License plate number of vehicle required. The Montreal Beach Resort provides parking for one car per unit. Off-street parking is available.
